Sabby's Story

You’re here because you want a coach who gets it. And I do—because I’ve lived it.

I’ve cried in office bathrooms, rewritten my résumé at midnight, and learned the hard way how to survive toxic jobs. I was underpaid, overwhelmed, and over it.

The “success” you see now? It’s not just career wins spanning 20+ years —it’s boundaries, therapy, unlearning, and learning to advocate for myself as a neurodivergent, first-gen, Latinx professional.

Now, I help others do the same. Through real talk, HR truth, and practical tools, I’ll help you move different at work—and in life.

Because you’re not crazy. Working a job you hate is.
